During this time, you will asked questions in regards to your health history, lifestyle and goals. plus any additional information needed to create a personally customized nutrition protocol for you!

 

Follow Up Appointments

Follow up appointments are used to ensure continuous success in regards to your personal goals. Alterations to your current protocol may occur during these appointments to better suit your ongoing success.
