Cassava Crust 🍕
What’s in it?
2 1/2 cups Otto Naturals cassava flour
1 tsp himalayan salt
1 tbsp coconut sugar
3 tsp baking powder
1 1/2 tbsp olive oil
2 cups of water
How to?
1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees! Combine all the dry ingredients!
2. Mix in olive oil and 1 1/2 cup of water (then more as needed to get to a doughy consistency), using your hands knead it all together and form 3 even balls of dough
3. Sprinkle some cassava flour onto a clean, flat surface and roll out your dough with a rolling pin to the thickness you want it!
4. Place on a baking sheet and cook for 12 minutes (longer if thicker).
5. Remove from the oven and add your toppings, then bake for another 12 minutes!
I topped my pizza with VioLife Foods vegan cheese, bacon, zucchini, spinach and onions! What are your go-to toppings??
