Cauli-Leek Soup

Immune boosting tasty and simple soup for every all your cold season needs. 

  • Serves 4 (okay maybe 2 depending on how hungry you are, lets be real here….)

Ingredients

- 1 whole cauliflower

- 1 full leek

- 4 cloves of garlic

- Himalayan salt 

- Black pepper

- 1 tsp of avocado oil

Prep

- Wash/chop whole leek and mince 4 cloves of garlic.

Instructions

1. Start by boiling the cauliflower until it's soft.

2. While the cauliflower is boiling, begin to saute the garlic and a leek in a frying pan with the avocado oil.

3. Once all the ingredients are cooked place them, as well as the salt and pepper, into the blender!

4. Blend on liquefy/until the mixture is a smooth texture - add water to the mixture as needed.

5. Serve and enjoy!
