World's Simplest Balanced Breakfast
I genuinely believe that avocado toast needs to be a staple in everyone’s kitchen. Whether you’re gluten free or not, avo toast is a simple way to eat a balanced breakfast even if you’re on a time crunch!
It can be as simple as this …
1 ripened avocado
1 piece of bread of choice (my fav gluten free option is Scharr, Silver Hills sprouted breads are a great option for anyone not gluten free)
salt/pepper to taste
All you do is mash up your avocado with salt and pepper, toast your bread and spread your avo on top. As simple as that! To spice it up you can always add tomatoes, sprouts, cilantro or even eggs!
Literally so easy, which is why it’s my breakfast every other day :)
